Is it until you people begin to buy fairly used "akube" coffins before una know say una get serious problems? Who told you everyone wants to wear akube jeans from Yaba and Katangua? Does the inability to afford new clothes (apart from aso ebi) not scare you people?

Back in those days in the early 90s, price of good quality jeans ranged between N600 to N900. I mean quality jeans like Levis, Max, Lee, Arizona classics etc

Go to the palms and browse at Celio, Nike for a few minutes...you'll see people buying clothes worth N300k, 800k, N1.2m without batting an eyelid.

Jeans that we use to buy 800 naira and 2,000 naira are now being sold for 42,000 naira.
This has pushed alot of people into bend down select as very few people can afford to buy one Jeans for that amount and even the bend down select is not cheap either.
It's advisable to properly wash the bend down select before you start using because you don't know what the original user of the Jean have been carrying.

Even when jeans was 800-2000 not everyone could afford it. People have been buying okrika long before you were born. There’s no country in the world where there are no thrift stores. If you can’t afford a new pair of jeans, go for a used one.
