That's what I've seen also. In other words democrats took advantage while republicans did zilch.
Meanwhile the open borders bringing in 8-10 million extra people and settling them in heavily Democratic cities and states would see the census count them and increase the number of gerrymandered seats to favour them. Trump has ordered a census that doesn't count non citizens , of course they are not amused. Because if only citizens are counted they still lose more seats without gerrymandering.
