Tokunbo ajayi I can never forget her. I'm over 40. I just finished secondary school when she died after or around the time Bill Clinton and Chelsea came to Nigeria and met the then president Obasanjo.

As a children in early primary school, I watch her cast news, and ajayi was spelt as ajayi until late 90s when the y was always been omitted. Before then, it was always spelt as ajayi.
Her brother died in 97 or 98 and she was the one that announced it on tv.
When she died her transferred my love Eugenia Abu, then Funmi Coker who later became wakama just because of the cross pendants that was iconic with Tokunbo. She never married. Her death shook. Always remember it like yesterday as she made me love mass communication/ journalism
