Luckily, it can't be achieved without BTC going up. It may be a retest of 124.6k or a brand new ATH.

All I'm after is USDT dominance purple line because based on traditional, it's a MUST touch line, else, the ATH is inconclusive and there is a consequence when what is worth doing isn't properly done.

My point is that, every rule and strategy muust be adapted to individual need or specific factors surrounding the player.

It is not only enough to follow rules and strategies, tailoring it to your specific needs and immediate environment will make you get the best out of the rule.
