Bankers and Lawyers in the house I need your Urgent Legal advice My father retired from service and died as a pensioner after illness. Due to illness, he has no ATM card. Now, one of the Banks in Nigeria refused to grant me access to his account for more than 4 Months, after, I had provided the required documents from high court and made all the necessary payment and charges at probate and banks. Please, I need your legal advice,if I should I sue the bank? Thank you for your advice Please MOD , please help me and push to the front page. |

What was the last financial balance on ur fathers acct? If u don't know this wahala but if u know,it would help u alot honestly. |
