It is not everything the state government should do. This is a job for the private sector. And, frankly, if someone hasn't built something there, it's because there's hardly any market there.

You are correct in your conclusion, Ogun state being close to Lagos, Oyo and Benin republic should do better. unfortunately, reverse is the case.

Honestly, Ogun State is full of potentials.
Maximizing the potentials is the most important thing.

What a beautiful tropical beach this can become
The fact that Nigerian leaders have destroyed the country and set the country back by 100 years is not the problem
The real problem right now is that they have not stopped and are still running the country in the negative direction. It feels they are now moving the country so fast in the wrong direction
At least una dun steal enough, Start the journey to recovery already, help the future generation have less trauma and damaged society to rebuild

It looks like the beach is in a remote area.

If the government wants to make it attractive to people then accessibility needs to be improved by building a road to it
