Does anyone know what’s going on with VFS Global? There don’t seem to be any available visa appointment dates for August, and schools are resuming by September.

Guys, Good-day...

Quick Question please,

For the PROOF OF FUNDS, Whats the newest naira EXCHANGE RATE?

I heard the exchange rate determines how much we are supposed to have in our bank accounts... As P.O.F ?
For the portugese embassy....?
And its also multiplied by the number of months for the first school year.. ?

Is that true ?

Any responce will be appreciated .... Thanks kindly..

Good afternoon Everyone,

Please, I intend going for masters in any Portugal University that accept Second class lower (2:2). I believe the first thing to do is get my transcript from UNIBEN. Since I want to get everything ready before applying for admission, my question is this:

Which copy of transcript should I request for online; is it Student copy or international ?? Note that I am not applying to any school yet.

Please where you able to get the transcript?

I humbly await a response the house... Thanks in advance.

Hello 👋 ma,
Please do I need to legalize my documents at the Finnish Embassy again after completing authentication with MoE and MFA in Abuja?
I want to apply for vocational training in Finland dis year.... please I need ur input thanks 🙏

Onyxunlimited:
Hi. Please, tell me how it worked for you without legalization of documents. I'm thinking of applying only to schools who don't require legalization of documents for international students and I want to know what other things are involved. Cos the way I see it, I don't think I have the time to go through the whole legalization process if I must apply this January. Thanks.

Request for official copy for your transcript, because at the end of the day, you will have to authenticate it at MOE and Ministry of foreign affairs and then legalize it at the Portuguese embassy.

Hi everyone, please, I need help regarding the visa process to Portugal for schooling. I applied to Porto Business School for their master's program; their application doesn't require legalization of documents. If I am to apply for a student visa, do I still need to legalize my documents for the visa application/appointment? Also what's the amount of proof of funds required for a Portugal student visa

If you get admission without legalizing your documents, you can apply for visa without legalizing.

If your school requires legalization, then it’s a must to legalize.

The required amount for POF is Portugal minimum wage x 12.

If you got admission without legalizing your documents, you can apply for visa, but note after getting admission, you should start the process of legalizing it, because your sch in Portugal will request for it when you get there, this is very very important, some I handle, i avised them to wait and travel with their legalized documents even after getting visa, they have to wait to get their legalized documents before travelling because their sch in Portugal will definitely request for it during clearance.
So try and do that, why you are applying for your visa, if you have gotten admission you cab start the legalizing process along applying for your visa, your legalized documents can be ready before visa is out and that if if you look for express legalization appointment if you have not book closer appointment.

Thanks, I will try and do that and authenticate too. Although the school I applied to is hybrid, I plan to do the first semester online from Nigeria and resume for the 2nd semester in January. (Do you think that will cause an issue at the embassy?).

Also, please do you know how many months of bank statements are required? I'm currently in-between jobs, working as a freelancer. I really don't have a constant monthly inflow from a company, but I have a fixed amount of money in an account. Do you think I can use that?

And do they do physical interviews too at the embassy, or you just submit document..

Please, I have a question about authenticating a secondary school transcript at the Ministry of Education. Does my school need to send the transcript via official email before it can be authenticated?
