Odunayaw:I mean pre matchday. I saw the crowd. They really are loaded in that aspect. But for buzz to their arrival to the league-nothing. Just like another normal day in the office. Let's hope they drag attention to themselves like IK City and Remo did sha. |

19-year-old Clinton Ezekiel was the difference in Bayelsa United's away win over Shooting Stars yesterday. He made five saves, including double saves inside the 18-yard box. The future is safe 👏

Meliforme:you can only have this thought if you are oblivious of social media conversations surrounding boniface. This exact reasoning you have (this is not an insult) was what made fabrizio posted that in the first place too. Nothing wrong with the content, it was the timing that made it blow up. |

🇳🇬 Victor Osimhen's goal yesterday made him become the official highest scoring African in Galatasaray's history. He has scored 38 goals in 43 games to surpass Shabani Nonda who scored 37 goals in 93 games for the Yellow and Red! Starting the season with another broken record! Inevitable! 🤫 King of Strikers 🦁👑🇳🇬 Naija baller 🇳🇬💚⚽

Kog45: I did not watch Keshi to even judge. From the few highlights, I will take Keshi because I have the faint idea of him drifting into midfield. However, I didn't watch much of him to judge. With respect to Ekong failing, it is with respect to this generation. The modern ideas are wide spread, which are totally oblivious to someone like Taribo. Also on the ball and passing range, Ekong rules Taribo. It is a generational thing. The ideas today are advanced. |

Kog45:That is assumption. When it comes to effectiveness, even history will put KDB ahead of Zidane. Zidane will be remembered for his generation and KDB which is easily the best midfielder in the EPL history will be remembered by his. At the end, one generation was faster, fitter and more tactical. You know the answer which generation. Finito. |

zicky: I have explained to you. Use a ceiling. No player has hit the ceiling. Some of the greats were like 80% close to the ceiling. Many were below 40%. That is why you had the Laudrups, Okocha, Pele, Ronaldinho, Maradona etc. As time went on, we have most players operating on 60-80. Very few at 85% (Messi and CR7). That is why the game looks boring Because of the rise of lots of good players. Including Goalkeepers. If you understand the point, there is no need asking if others didn't improve. |

That's not true. Ronaldinho was dropped because Pep and the Barca management thought he was a potential bad influence on an up-and-coming Messi because of his hard partying lifestyle. TheGoodJoe: |

chrisooblog:From Frank De Boer, former Barcelona Captain. The team believes in his system," De Boer explained. "They believe that if they lose the ball that everybody has to work very hard to get it back and I've seen them in games - in three or four seconds they already have possession again. "I think if you can convince players like Leo Messi, Thierry Henry, Eto'o, Xavi or Andres Iniesta that approach works then Barca become a very hard team to beat because they are so good attacking anyway. "You can see from Barca's results that it works. And he knew that Ronaldinho, for example, was not the right player for him because he does not want to do that kind of job in a game." http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/europe/8013929.stm?utm_source=chatgpt.com |

TheGoodJoe:Sir goodjoe, going by your context Arteta was wrong signing Ebere Eze due what's demanding from today midfielders. |

charlesemeka85:The boy come resemble foreign born😄 and for him to bear Clinton meaning he was born during Clinton era or after, well he is 19 and good that Clinton left office in 2001,meaning 24 years ago..the boy still in a very good age range. CC:BascoVanVeli |

Kog45:Statistical Evidence show Eze's defensive has won the ball back in the middle and defensive third of the pitch more than "almost any other attacking player" in the Premier League. He wins the ball back "considerably more per game than Martinelli, Trossard, or Rodrygo. So I believe Eberechi Eze is a wonderful signing for Arsenal when you consider his net contribution to the team. He fits the modern day intense forward. |

Time and time again Boniface keeps screaming he is okay where he is. He enjoys his life how it is. He has fought his battles and many more we wouldn't know about to get to where he is. We shouldn't take what he post as anything personal about him. It's his own guilty pleasure. If two deals collapse within a space of months. He is not complaining, he still has a club where he can go back to. And the club will readily accept him. He recognizes his career could have been over a long time ago when he first had this career threatening injury, through resilience he bounced back and has gone on to make a name for himself in Norway , Belgium as well as Germany as he was a core member of the Leverkusen that went undefeated in that season to win the league. He is ever grateful for that career limelights. He has represented his national team, something every footballer dreams of. Yes he has an eye for social media frivolities, that's just the extra perks of his wholesomeness. TheLoneCitizen: |

TheGoodJoe:Better to stand on the subjective stance than outright conclude they are unfit. There were many players of that era that played 30 consecutive games. Today it is a problem. Does that now mean i have to conclude they were more fit absolutely? No. I saw the quote, but you are also aware that there's a study that also highlighted the increase in hamstring and co in modern football. Despite that study, we didn't conclude about modern football. You saying they're unfit is wrong. Wrong wrong!! |
