TheGoodJoe:My Argument comes from consistency Like I said earlier There's no way Messi or Ronaldo will put out those 35+ Goals season in season out as at 1994 to 2008 like they did in this generation. And that buteresses your opponents points that today's football is a lot easier for today's footballers as against older generation football |

🚨 Christantus Uche starts for Getafe against Sevilla. Club-to-club agreement in place for a potential move to Wolves, but player yet to sign off on the deal. Although Wolves are still planning for his arrival, Uche's green light is pending.🇳🇬 @BenJacobs |

realpoacher:Your just making statements with nothing to back this up. What makes you think football in the past is easy. Bring one source that will support it. You say things like this because you actually don't even understand tactics. In a well drilled park bus, a team with Salah, Mane and Firminho could not have a shot on target in two games. You think Ronaldinho and Ronaldo De Lima will dance through that? Every team today plays with a low block. So to even think the old players will walk over them is just a joke. |

realpoacher:The point is simple. Which generation of players are fitter, faster and more tactical You guys are just making statements. The context and point is that. If the players or the fast are not fitter, faster and more tactical. How can you guys believe they will outclass the players today. It is just not possible. |

TheGoodJoe:Some clubs have rigorous routines normally. Like way too normal that legs won't but give way. Post covid, many clubs adjusted their entire routine to reduce the visits to Luth. It was too much. Some stick to their stick dietary standards and use the hammer on all these partying and etc compared to others. |

If you watch Serie A and Barclays era of EPL, there are many tackles that were absolutely normal then. Career ending tackles. Intact if they do such for 9/10 of attackers in the modern era, they will just retire. What do you think when many were on the "fifa and uefa refs are favouring messi" of yesteryears? I recall a match vs Man U. Ronaldo was tackled hard and they didn't even blow. Messi was tackled hard and na yellow. To me that's evidence that Fifa knew that that era was get tough or die trying era. Then we moved into the era where there were many adjustments and changes to rules and regulations. Then they didn't enjoy such privileges. I recall a game Ferdinand and Vidic tried to pull down Yak but he still bullied both. If na modern era, na pk instantly for that very pull and stamping. The 30yard screamers have died. The ball was heavier then compared to now. If many shoot that ball currently, their leg go bend😂😂 Lampard and Gerard goals? Xabi Alonso? Hasselbaink? Wright? Muntari? |

The 17 year old kid that just bagged the match winning goal for Liverpool in a keenly contested game against Newcastle is Nigerian- Rio Ngumoha. I bet NFF don't even know about this kid. |

Getafe’s president Angel Torres confirms that the only reason he’s selling Chrisantus Uche is because of La Liga: “We have to sell. We are ruining La Liga by continuously selling.” "I am forced to sell him, I have no other choice. Tomorrow he undergoes the medical and the deal is signed with wolves." 😳 [@DAZN_ES] |

Maladaise:his nigerian status has been out for a while. His playing for us would have to be a personal decision rather than when/how nff approaches him. He is already in the english youth system so comot mind. |

Mujtahida:I like this POV I won't lie. That's the cost of the PEP system. Kills individuality. And when the player leaves, it is absolutely hard to play football the normal way ever again. If Grealish recovers, English boys go dey dodge Pep going forward. |

Fulham are still active on Philip Otele as they look to bring in two new attackers before the window shuts. Fulham expected to watch Otele again as Basel play Copenhagen on Wednesday before deciding whether to place a bid.🔽 @Benjacobs |

TheGoodJoe:The same artistry is what announced both messi and Ronaldo to the world and it’s in their era the focus on individuality started dying off reason why the extra focus and accolades on them for far too long despite many other great or even greater individuals than them who had to sacrifice their own individual style all in the name of the modern game. In fact in Barca every player had to sacrifice their own style for messi which was irritating to players like the swede Ibramohvic |
