I have done 100 analyses and I have come to realise that regardless of who represents who or who flag any party, Peter obi and his people will always serve as pawn to any party. |

Watianoengineer:It's funny how you're more rattled by Peter Obi's son's cozy picture than by the fact that Tinubu has sent more Nigerians into poverty than any president in our history. While you're obsessing over pictures, people can't eat, the naira is in freefall, and insecurity is at an all-time high. If poverty were a legacy project, Tinubu would’ve earned a Nobel Prize by now. Worry less about Obi's son and more about your Tinubu disastrous leadership |

Ofunaofu:2022: According to a report by Nigeria's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), approximately 133 million Nigerians were multidimensionally poor as of 2022, representing about 63% of the population. This means these individuals lack more than one basic necessity for survival, including adequate access to healthcare, food, sanitation, and clean energy for cooking. 2024: An estimated population of 88.4 million people in Nigeria is living in extreme poverty. ”The number of men living on less than 1.90 U.S. dollars a day in the country reached around 44.7 million, while the count was at 43.7 million for women. Things will get better, sir. In just a few years, just 100 people will remain in poverty with a lot of chances of exiting poverty at their disposal, which they will eventually make use of. Very bright light ahead. God bless Nigerians and you too, sir. |

Cosbyrich:You’re quoting 2022 data to make a 2024 argument and then wildly predicting that only 100 people will be in poverty “in just a few years”? Let’s talk facts, since even your principal Tinubu once mocked Peter Obi by saying “na statistics we go chop”. Well, sir, Nigerians are now not even chopping and the stats are no longer abstract. They’re a stark reality. In 2022, yes NBS reported 133 million Nigerians were multidimensionally poor (63% of the population). But by 2024, according to the World Bank, 106 million Nigerians were living in extreme poverty under $2.15/day. Even NBS’s 2024 data shows worsening food insecurity: 2 in 3 households can’t afford healthy food. Over 60% of Nigerians now skip meals or eat less due to lack of money. So ask yourself: If 63% were multidimensionally poor in 2022, and by 2024, food poverty alone affects 66%, how exactly are things getting better? You can’t mock data one day and then try to twist it to sell hope the next. If your bright light is so real, why are more Nigerians living in darkness of hunger, inflation, and joblessness under this administration? We need solutions, not slogans. And certainly not fictional projections that insult the intelligence of Nigerians living through this hardship. |
