I think he’s drawing your attention to how fraud culture in entrenched in your society in the South west that you have convicted criminals and frauds as your traditional rulers. The moral decadence in the Yoruba culture is on another level.

His community should dethrone him immediately and the process to appoint a new king should commence. This convict has brought shame to the throne, his state and Nigeria. To make matters worse, this guy has demolished the palace in his town with a promise to build an ultramodern one when he returns from the US not knowing he would be arrested there. So his town doesn't have any palace now.

Kingship which the igboman banished thousands of years ago is surprisingly still practiced in today's world. Kingship mean a certain human is entitled to certain rights at the expense of others because of the activities of his late ancestors which was mostly misrule and genocide.
