Educate yourself properly
There's no law that says governors are chief security officers of their state
The constitution guarantees free movement of citizens
If something happens, the security agencies will be questioned not the gov except he is suspected of being complicit
There have been multiple murders of politicians in Nigeria and no one blamed the state gov except in a situation they are suspected of being complicit. Bola Ige easily comes to mind. No one questioned or blame former gov Lam Adesina

"Chief Security Officer (CSO)" is political when regarded to Governors (not constitutional), and a title commonly referred to Governors in Nigeria (It is very customary), please don't feign ignorance.

But when anything happens, the Governor carries the blame before agencies. That's the reality. Abi no be so?

What they were hiding from Peter Obi while refusing him to pay a visit to they IDPs,is now glaring and open to the whole world....Nigeria image abroad is at its lowest ebb. The question is how did we get to this shameful level as a nation?

What is the minimum of federal government expenditure? Most Nigerians don’t know.

Your second assumption that I think Nigeria is rich is your second mistake.

Any country that has the 7th largest source of gas, the 13th largest reserves of oil, a young population, and the 7th largest arable land in the world has no business being poor.
