Frank Onyeka too was subbed off with injury too. How severe? I don't know.

He had an assist in the game...

The gloves has fallen on Harcourt to be in goal against Rwanda and South Africa.
He is good enough so he is ready in respective of his age.

Oh my God, the pressure on his young shoulders...

Arthur Okonkwo of Wrexham, does he need a switch to play for the Super Eagles?

Ola Aina has won 18 possessions in the Premier League so far — more than any other player this season.

Answer a simple question.

Are the defenders of old fitter, faster and more tactically equipped than the modern day defenders?

When you answer that, we can tell where the comedy lies.

Watch a modern day defender and see the level of his ability with the ball.

Aina is great at LB and RB nobody is denying that.

The argument is that it in the context of the same SE he's best suited to operate in the RB position because unlike the LB position there are not many decent backups in the right fullback position. Osayi hasn't really lived up to expectations.

Zaidu yes is technical limited but definitely more than decent. He was there throughout when we got to the final last year and he seems to be back to fitness. Bruno is getting better in the role however the arrival of Felix Agu should bring that needed quality in the LB from what I saw in the Unity Cup.

If injuries happen and we need someone to slot in at LB yes Aina would be my go to guy but in the mean time we need him in the RB position.
With regards to the LB position, my view remains Zaidu is poor quality and has lots of running but nothing else, end product zero.

Then again I remember my adage. , "When the desirable is not 🚫 available the available becomes desirable"

Add to the woes of Zaidu he is officially 28 what's his shelf Life as it stands 🤔

from day one u have never said anything positive about this kid

You and him agent get issue?
You are very observant he doesn't have an agent per se, but a good team in alliance with agents including a PR company.

I have told you that football ⚽ is about OPPORTUNITY and who is selected to get the opportunity. You will be amazed at the level 🎚️ of manipulation, posturing including misrepresentations and Favouritism anchored ⚓ on conflicting pecuniary interests that are brought into play to make a player successful.

Go and watch Ben Doak's highlights on YouTube who has just been sold to Bournemouth for £25 million at age 19, then get back to me. And I will attempt to expand.

What has his age got to do with his contributions to the SE?

Even if he's 44 I can be less bothered as long as he's performing his role in the team.

By the way I repeat 'less desirable and available' has league and cup titles to his name o.

🚨⚪️⚫️ Fulham are advancing in talks for both Kevin from Shakhtar and Samu Chukwueze from AC Milan.

Negotiations underway to get both right and left wingers before the window closes.

€25m package discussed with Milan for Samu, fee over €40m discussed with Shakhtar for Kevin.

There used to be a song in the 90s titled "Return of the Mack", the Mack is one man that the Oyinbos love and that's why they found it easy to sign him. Some people say he is the opposite of Okoye.

You are being very narrow minded in addition you don't have a progressive mind set.

Top teams don't rely on longevity of player that's mediocrity, but keeping looking for better players to improve the quality of the team.

Zaidu is a low quality player, who had barely played any football for the past two seasons o account of injury 🤕 irrespective of playing in Porto , he is not good enough.

He is officially 28 and you know the Nigerian dynamics ( football ⚽ age) how long before you see a drop in capacity and ability. You are not being realistic and forward thinking.

3 years ago or thereabouts I said he would not get into the Fulham FC bench when they were in the Championship. Many of you contented furiously with me but not on facts or objectivity.

Fast forward today Fulham current LB is considered one of the best if not best LB in the EPL and you are talking about his league titles which he is not pivotal to that ascdency.

The SE requires a competent top level LB that's technically astute that has consistent quality end product.

Not holding on to a water carrier that had such poor end product and a liability with his rash challenges.

Fulham prepared to pay €25m.🇳🇬

Like I said you keep starting arguments where none exists.

Every single national team whether top level or not has long standing players who as long as they keep performing will be included in the team no matter their age. So I don't where your progressive kinikan kinikan is emanating from.

Don't you ever get tired of this worn-out Fulham argument. Sanusi plays for a top European side that competes regularly in the Champion's League so he has nothing to prove to you. People in Portugal that know football see value in Zaidu no matter the bad belle opinions of some random 'scout'.

Aina is an excellent RB who can do a job on the left why is that a concept giving so much heart palpitations?

Infact believe what you want if it will make you sleep well at night.

Wolves hold an interest in Genk striker Tolu Arokodare, who is likely to be available for close to £20m.

Potential arrival not linked to Jørgen Strand Larsen. Wolves looking for a second striker.

As it stands, any Hwang Hee-chan exit also being blocked.🐺
