Recalled an incidence that happens the Electrician bypass a fuse and it's the AC fuse when I start SUV and switch on AC kaboom smoke from the bonnet full every where.

That’s how one silly mechanic at Oyingbo tried to do a wire bypass in a fuse that controls the radiator fan for my Acura MDX. I cautioned and fired him ASAP. AVOID Mickey-Mouse mechanics.

Nigerian mechanics...they repair one thing and create another problem.

Olden days card as they are called these days, suffered in the hands of “rewires”. No mercy. Any fault, na to join wire. We even learnt how to join wire too!

Another major thing is fuses have a rating. Using the wrong rating can as well cause problem. They are meant to blown out instead of causing fire or damage
