Looking at the way Premier League clubs are spending heavily on strikers like Šeško, Newcastle’s forward, and other players who have actually scored fewer goals at their respective clubs last season it seems obvious that Premier League teams intentionally avoided Osimhen. It’s not as if they couldn’t afford him even with his salary demands.I feel the reasons go beyond football.
Seems they are investing on more younger players, Osimhen was there before when Napoli paid big to Lille. Lookman, Guirassy are also ignored.

My opinion

CAF really set Nigeria up to fail
We may not qualify, we hope to though
After getting a draw against South Africa at home we had 2 days to play Benin Republic in Ivory Coast instead of 3 days, we went on to lose that game
Now we have to play South Africa exactly 2 days after facing Rwanda, instead of 3 days gap
Why can’t NFF fight for 3 days interval, so we can travel and prepare properly

You guys are not seeing what I’m seeing
We really need to win & not get a draw against South Africa, hmm now Dessers is injured. We don’t know of Nwabali’s case.

I guess the lure of playing in England was too strong...

Definitely CAF set us up, but we also played into their hands by not winning our matches
Again we can take our destiny back into our own hands if we win all our remaining games..
That must be our mindset
Nothing else would suffice..

This game will not be about strikers. Rather it will be won from the middle and defense.

From that angle, Man City will eat Gala for breakfast

Let's not get ahead of ourselves

Inshallah league no reach no matter how we hype them
Okay sir.

“You know, in the past, when we spoke about top clubs you watch week-in-week out, you saw Kanu Nwankwo playing in Arsenal. You saw Jay-Jay showing at Paris Saint-Germain. You saw Taribo West doing his thing at Inter Milan or AC Milan eventually.

“Finidi George at Ajax. You saw Babangida at Ajax. I was personally at Borussia Dortmund or at Ajax or Juventus, you make your choice. So we had players that you saw week-in-week-out Champions League playing,” he added.

“Now, we have none. Why is that happening? It's simple, our national team is no longer performing. People buy based on your national team. If you do great at the World Cup, the top clubs buy because that's their barometer,” Oliseh concluded.

WoW are you sure ?
Really
That’s good news if it’s true
Technically sound striker
We need our best legs ready for w ar
If we can get 6 points in this window we’d be going to the mundial
We just have to surmount these bottlenecks
1. I hope our foreign players would do well on the Uyo turf (that Zimbabwe game was a nightmare)
2. Possibly hostile South African atmosphere in
Bloemfontein as well as playing against Mamelodi Sundowns

Sesko and his team were knocked out in the first round of the last Euros.. so what's his point?
