So the question is how come everyone around Muhammed knew the stories in the bible but ONLY Bro Muhammed was too illiterate to have heard this stories.

You've really taken Jesus' words out of context here as you do with the Qur'an and Hadith. You claim to lend it but know for a fact he was addressing the Samaritans or Jews, not Muslims from centuries later.
