Ten Hag who doesn't seem to fancy Boniface has just been sacked by Bayer04. I consider this a win. Boni must play week in week out.

Really bad
Some clubs are horrible
They gave him their word last year they’d let him go this summer
He should’ve gone to PSG but it got blocked
Now they’re trying to make him look bad
Ridiculous club have 2 draws from 2 games so far
Retegui gone
Gasperini gone
Lookman may not play till January if they freeze him out of the club for 6 months
Nigerian players should learn from this window
Don’t extend contract hastily like Osimhen did, don’t trust clubs or companies too much

I think Palace is a decent club and already on an upward trajectory. They have won 2 trophies in the space of 1 year and this season they have drew Chelsea without conceding and already beating A.Villa 0-2... They are also playing in Europe
How good a story would Chrisantus' be if he could play well for Palace in Europe and the EPL and it leads to another transfer for a bigger club in Europe who then pays three times Palace paid for him

Really bad, even Bayern deal is 50-50 because Nicolas jackson is back under consideration. I hope this latest about Boniface is true anyway.

Great move!
I really want to see how he interprets the game in England. I know he is a power player.
He has his style which is quite distinct from Eze. Wolves was rumored to play him as a striker , but at Palace, Mateta will strike. Will his power playing style work in England which has faster paced game than the tactical driven Spanish league.

Christantus Uche to Crystal Palace 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Tolu Arokodare to Wolves 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Samuel Chukwueze to Fulham 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Osimhen may not have gone to the EPL but he gets to play at a top side where he is fully appreciated and mega valued.

Uche's move is the one that actually makes me go gaga. What a move!!! Under Glasner, I expect more improvement tactically. He is EPL-suited and will hopefully be a fine and physically stronger replacement for Eze at Palace.

Welcome to the EPL, Uche. Yaya-regen.
Interesting take. I take a more conservative approach to his move. If really the player was thinking of staying back in getafa for one more season. Shouldn't that mean that he thought of himself as not ready for the journey. Or was it just a smart move of loyalty to Getafa who made the decision to sell him due to financial constraints

Flying Eagles edge to friendly win in Abuja as Nigeria receive big boost ahead U20 World Cup

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles sealed a narrow 1-0 victory over Simoiben Football Academy in a tightly contested friendly at the FIFA Goal Project pitch in Abuja on Friday, Soccernet.ng reports.

The early stages saw Simoiben, owned by Ibukun Moses-Simon, the wife of Super Eagles winger Moses Simon, grow into the game after nearly conceding from an early lapse.

They held firm in possession, testing Nigeria’s defensive shape with Emmanuel Mza receiving a yellow card for a late challenge on Cletus.

Despite flashes from Chinedu Dennis, who was denied by an offside flag, the first half ended goalless with neither side managing to carve out clear-cut chances.

However, the Flying Eagles gradually asserted themselves, and midway through the second half they struck decisively. A sharp attacking move was finished clinically to give Nigeria the breakthrough, with goalkeeper Emmanuel Oleru unable to prevent the effort despite an otherwise impressive display.

Captain Daniel Bameyi anchored the defence to repel late Simoiben pressure as the national U-20 side saw out the contest.

The defeat signals a learning curve for Simoiben FC, an academy that has already produced players for Nigeria’s youth national teams, including Super Eagles invitee Benjamin Fredrick.

Meanwhile, the Flying Eagles’ preparations for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile have received a boost, as the release issues surrounding foreign-based players have been resolved.

Up to seven Europe-based prospects are expected by the Nigeria Football Federation in Abuja next week, including Victor Orakpo, Daniel Daga, Sani Sulaiman, Orsheer Achchi, and Ayuma.

Coach Aliyu Zubairu expressed delight at the imminent arrivals, describing them as crucial for shaping a competitive squad.

Nigeria have been drawn in Group F alongside Colombia, Saudi Arabia, and Norway at the FIFA U20 World Cup. The Flying Eagles will open their campaign against the Norwegians in Talca on 30 September.

With the European contingent set to bolster the camp, the Flying Eagles’ build-up is gathering momentum. Nigeria has twice reached the U-20 World Cup final, in 1989 and 2005, but has never lifted the trophy.
