Did he also try to physically stop the plane from departing and potentially hijack it (we can't tell since the authorities didn't investigate immediately) like one "mad man" who is now an ambassador once did?

Why are all these state governments establishing airlines? We don't ever learn in this country. After decades of failed government enterprises -refineries,airlines,shipping lines etc,we are still setting up more.

Government has no business in business.
