Contact your local radio station they will be of help. You can equally get it online with a little search on goggle but if it's for a church advert or something similar then your local radio station can help.

Thanks for your response. It's actually a reliable text to speech app/site I'm looking for. Sorry maybe I shd have specified that. I've seen ttsopenai online but it's quite expensive. I just wanted to know what people who do lots of text to speech use

it's not compulsory that you do it yourself. You just have to make sure it's an original content. The music in the voiceover must be copyright free, and the voice must be an original voice. All you have to do is ensure you maintain the same person to do all voiceovers for future videos too.
