The light out will be the toughest for me in recent times. I remember a section of the city having light out for almost 3 hours last week. It was serious news with the city assuring us they were doing everything to restore it.

Growing up ,wey I be gamer 🎮,na transformer don blow ,make light con dey other nearby streets 😹, now wey solar dey ...na dem know, nothing on the list dey shake me anymore 😒

Na gas o.. When I have boil the food half way.. anyways I always have alternate close by(6k) as backup)

I had to buy that,since the last time I saw shege while cooking,and gas finished at night..

Data Don finish - You can borrow data, borrow money to buy data, no big deal
Gas don finish - If u have money to buy food stuff, u fit buy gas, alternatively use electric cooker or go buy food outside.
Bank App no open - Use USSD, or ask a friend

TRANSFORMER DON BLOW!! - You are totally screwed. All the above na childs play, especially if you don't have solar. You go buy fuel tire, then learn to live caveman life.

Bank app no dey open. Others can be sorted out.

Bank app. I dislike going to the bank. Besides, they will just give you a fraction of what you want to withdraw. So used to my apps, to the point that I hardly care to know where my atm is inside the house. With app, I can buy data immediately, but fuel for Gen, or totally forgo the light sef

You can know when your gas is about to finish and refill. It mustn't be completely empty.

Shake it slightly. It's liquified gas.

That's the ultimate NIGHTMARE of every Nigerian.

Living in Nigeria is traumatic sha.

You can gauge the level of gas you have at any time.

Once the level has fallen very low, you take it for refill...

Just like car fuel... Do you wait until it's fully empty before refueling?!!

I witnessed that of bank app this morning.

For about 15 minutes, I was just stranded.

Not a good experience.

I'm used to not having light, so if transformer blow, I no send

I can always recharge once data finishes.

I can quickly refill gas close to my house, except at night

Transformer don blow.

When that happens, na insha Allah u dey.

You can get solution to others withing minutes, hours or highest a day. But you see that transformer blow, just comot your mind from getting light for the next God's knows time.

Mine is failed transfer. During that period of old and new currency. I experienced many failed transfer with card payment, this people will decline the transaction, yet dem go still debit you. Worst is when you go to the bank, u will see thousands crowd. It will take more than nine hours before you enter inside the banking hall that's if you come very early like 5am..

If you check the time wasting and stress in the bank, you will just give up

Besides one can be too occupied with deadlines and activities and just simply miss timing the level if gas .
One could even create appointment to fill the gas and then totally forget on one's return.

I just firmly believe that gas finishing even at night cannot ever be compared to that Transformer packing up... We are talking months to years without light in this country, depending on the area you live in.

It's a terrible experience abeg.

Transformer o..before NEPA go get your time to come fix something dey tey o..the rest can be sorted as long as say money dey...


But nothing hurts than insufficient balance in your account..ah

I agree though.
Transformer is a bigger issue cause of the timeline to fix, cost implication and opportunities missed, etc..

People don't usually classify it cuz its a neighborhood thing.
So one does not feel it alone.
But yes, in this part of the world transformer blow out is the worst with usually no flexible alternative.
Which is very sad really.
