To be honest and frank, this is the current and true state of Nigeria. This is why many many Innocent lives are cut short in their prime and life for many has become meaningless, brutish and sad to say the least. Even some security personnel would also utter the same cry and pitiable situation they find themselves in Nigeria. We need to do something, we need to urgently take drastic action.
This is not the time the President will be saying he has to create State police while the elephant in the room with him is going to add more lives to the thousands already butchered for nothing of their own fault but just that they find themselves being governed by human beings that don't care about them and play politics with their lives..

Base on the constitution, there are rights/policies reserved only to the FG.

E.g, finance and security.
No state government has the right to call for foreign help in finance or security assistance without the approval of FG. No state government has the right to create security structures aside from the one FG has except by permission. That's why, one of our major problems is the constitution
