Trump was sued by the DOJ in 1973 for Housing Discrimination because he wouldn't rent houses to Black people.
1973 would be decades before 2016 when he was elected President.
So, yes, the Republican DOJ accused and actually sued Trump for racism in housing before he entered politics.

But again, why didn't Biden's admin release it? They hate trump, if he was doing something nefarious or abuse we would have known long before the election.
