The engine of my Lexus RX300 knocked on Monday

I eventually bought a tokunboh engine yesterday at Ladipo Market for 540K

Now I want to sell the old engine that knocked, what is the best price I can get for it?

Does anyone have any idea of a fair price to ask for or the current going rate for a knocked engine?

I recently installed an AC in my 2005 Toyota Camry, but I’ve noticed that the car vibrates excessively when the AC is running. While trying to diagnose the issue, the engine began making a rattling/grinding noise, and now it shuts off immediately after starting.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone have suggestions on what might be causing these issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Why don't you retrace your steps and replace the compressor with the right one?

My Toyota Camry 08 is making some noise on cold start but the noise vanishes after the engine gets hot.
Two mechanics I've contacted both said is the timing chain.
But one said it needs adjustment while the other said it needs replacement.
Kindly advice what to do.

Replace the camshaft with the updated one and you should be fine.
Please do not weld it if suggested to you.

We later discovered it was due to a bad top gasket and it was replaced with a new one and car runs fine now.

Is this the head gasket you pulled out from a supposedly tokunbo engine?

Hello. Guys. Good day... Please my Toyota Camry 2004 started returning water to the reservoir and water will be eventually dripping out of the reservoir top. I have connected the fan directly,yet the issue still persist, wash radiotor from car wash and agbede where the radiator was open, yet again, the issue still persist, change top gasket, issue still persist. I really don't know what to do again. Any one with ideas of what could be wrong ??

You didn't need to go thru all these just because of a faulty radiator cap.

Change your mechanic, then change the radiator cap.

I have change the radiator cap!!! In fact, that was the first thing I did.
