Ok lets watch and see..for now let them win all their games and we hope SA point gets deducted
It’s not a speculative thing. FIFA has already published the tiebreakers rule for this 26 qualifiers and there’s nothing like that there.

Funny thing, it’s when the super eagles look down and out they spring up performance that makes you believe again, don’t be surprised to see them pounce like wounded Lions.

Rwanda and South Africa or any other team should be afraid of any Nigeria team being castigated by the fans.
Bro u dont understand if Fifa dont deduct that point then its not abt them winning anymore.
Their qualification lies on two things. SA point deduction and S.E winning all their matches. U need 2 of them to happen to have any hope of qualification.
1 cant do it for S.E

Nice lineup almost identical to mine.

Not sure Ndidi and Raphael can function together. In a high stakes game like this I would prefer Onyeka's energy.

Love your sub options.

BankyGee:
If that formation change is true, then it's obvious Éric Chelle has been watching Galatasaray's matches and want to play to Osimhen's strength 😁🔥

Using the formation, this would be my preferred Starting XI :

Subs:
- If Osimhen has scored like two goals, Dessers to replace him
- Ademola to replace Moses Simon (60-ish minutes)
- Benjamin Fredrick to replace Troost-Ekong (70-ish)
- Christiantus to replace Iwobi, (70-ish)
- Dele-Bashiru to replace Onyedika (80-ish)

If we switch to 4-4-2 somewhere in the game, then it should be Dessers and Tolu after Osimhen might've scored, to let him rest and be unleashed against South Africa on Tuesday.

They can be sued in CAS and also within Switzerland. CAS basically uses the same FIFA rules but acts as a third party to avoid bias.

Swiss law has jurisdiction over FIFA. The Swiss have also made laws that address sports bodies and other international bodies but FIFA has legal consensual agreements with FAs, clubs and players that try to prevent any legal issues from going outside CAS. It’s possible but difficult.

That’s why after sports fights you don’t hear entities suing each other in regular court.

As we are busy beating Rwanda and South Africa, pray Lesotho draws or beats Benin.

Now see wetin Super Eagles don turn all Nigerians into
1. Market women with calculators
2. Fervent prayer warriors
3. Motivational speakers
4. Planners and diplomats
5. Foreign affairs ministers

Everybody don get talent by force grin grin

Hope they do the needful today and on Tuesday otherwise na to enjoy World cup 2026 from home

if we win all our matches that's a slip up by our opponents na.
FIFA go commot those 3 points from SA last last but it would be irrelevant.
We're 6 points behind SA, that's assuming we win Rwanda today. The maximum points we can get from SA are 3 assuming again that we win against them next week

And if CAF refuses to deduct point from them, we have to hope they lose a game or 2 for us to have any hope even after possibly winning all our games.

Osimhen was in exactly this situation last year. He came in as a sub in the 72nd minute against Benin, scored in the 76th.

Your key and biggest players are ALWAYS your key and biggest players. Transfer issues can't keep them out of the team except there's someone that is very very better than them in that position.

Messi or Ronaldo no fit ever dey dropped because of transfer issues, when no injuries. Highest them no go start match.

is Amunike any better?
Amunike is much better

He has lead Nigéria to win age grade team
At the senior level he has qualified Tanzania and lead them to afcon

So he has some experience besides most of he boys Osimhen and co were is boys

Compared to Finidi
He has never handled any national team no national experience
And you gave him the team when it was already critical

This NFF is just the worse

Onyeka and Ndidi? I feel Onyedika is better attacking-wise than Onyeka while still solid defensively, but hey, Onyeka just provided an assist in back-to-back games for the first time in his career, just two games ago before the international break, so maybe he can extend the streak 😉

That's a nice option too.

We can’t continue to make excuses with the system, our players lack the hunger we see their fellow Europe based players express when playing for their African teams.

Some 94 set players have always mentioned how they abandon coaches instructions at times to get results for the national team, apart from 2 or 3 players in this current squad we don’t see such hunger, desire or initiative
I repeat it the system is rotten, having 3 coaches for WC qualifiers not good in this era,yes the players lacking the zeal but the system can change it....imagine seeing tight pants lady interview your players inside camp preparing for important match...just saw Osimhen signing autograph for a lady and her daughter right there on the pitch....do we blame players for this but NFF.

Omo, we know we need to qualify o, but do we need to train till the point of injury before people know say players train? They've been training day and even night for this match, that autograph scene no pass 1 minute, 9 seconds, inside 24 hours. Haba.

Autograph is normal.
