What positive impact did Tambuwal have on reducing poverty and illiteracy in Sokoto during his tenure as governor?

Innocent Deborah was killed under his watch, not to mention the other social vices noted during his tenure.

While I don't fully support the current government's policies, Tambuwal has no moral right to tell Nigerians who to vote for. After all, he was instrumental to the PMB project which has proven to be one of the worst cases of bad governance in the country.
