I have been in the US for decades and police only stopped me twice.
1. the Day Robben eliminated Man Utd in the CL with that volley, I was working in New Jersey and didn't know in the state you cannot use the phone while driving, I was bantering my buddy a Man Utd fan when police stopped me. The court date was 3 months later I would be back in Texas so I just paid it
