Okoye says hi. His suspension would soon be over.
Hopefully he overcomes his anxiety while playing for us

We have to win our remaining games and hope results from other groups (especially from the runner-ups for the playoffs) go our way, the more points those runner-up teams drop, the better for our chances.. still slim margins.
Thank you

I don't play Onyeka, I blame Chelle. On the 1st half, we only attacked through the left because Ademola and Lookman were in the middle and the right flank was left completely empty. But things were switched around in the 2nd half thankfully.
Yeah, he moved Lookman to the right, and suddenly we were pegging the Rwandans in their half
They couldn't get out

We have to win out, hope SA gets a 3pt penalty for fielding and ineligible player and still hope they draw one of their last two games.
Thank you

Nigeria's last two goals have come from Tolu Arokodare.

vs. Russia:
61’ – subbed on
71’ – scores

vs. Rwanda:
46’ – subbed on
51’ – scores

You mean all these conditions are needed to be satisfied, this is unlikely.
🤔🤔🤔
The draw against Zimbabwe was partly the cause, I hope we can do better in the future, our performances has been poor.
All other things being equal.
That draw against Zimbabuw has no effect on our situation. Even if we had won that game, we would still have needed to win all our remaining games and hop SA looses 3 pts.

Iwobi did well, he even saved a goal bound header/shot in the 72nd minute from a corner kick with his chest, after Nwabali was already beaten.
iwobi is my man of the match

the next thing to worry about is the time to rest for the SE , I think the NFF hasn't done well , they would have looked at the game schedule and contest it from the onset . its not looking nice , even if the guys have the metality .. they may lack the strength to beat SA .... because of this untidy journey , and not having enough rest may have a toll on on their overall performance ... wish them well , also dont forget your calculator .

Eric Chelle is unbeaten in 6 games for Nigeria now...

4 wins, 2 draws.

Better than Finidi and Eguavoen. ASAP and spot on changes today. With time his boys will be formidable!

Great game altho we are still faced with a familiar demon, not converting chances. A match that had 8 shots on target shouldnt produce just a single goal. For all our supposed fire power we lack the ability to convert chances. Even without osimhen we are supposed to be winning comfortably based on the chances we generate but the reality is always different.

It’s obvious to me Peseiro at the AFCON knew how to get the best from our starting 11
This coach is limiting Lookman, one of our potent strikers because he wants his non lethal friend on the left wing
This may cost us
Lookman is one of our deadly forwards & you’re limiting him all of a sudden
Moses will not give us goals like Lookman would even though Lookman can be selfish
I really don’t like the role assigned to Lookman, Chukwueze can play that role instead
Lookman needs space on the flanks to operate
playing 5 at the back and praying lookman or osimhen create something isn't "getting the most of the xi" but agenda must agend

Their team no too good like that jare.

Benjamin Fredrick's ratings with Dender are not really good too, he has two 5. red ratings but look at him in a team that's solid at least. Because person dey play for poor team no mean say he no get him own individual good qualities.

How is there going to be fluidity in passes with this coach’s play style
It will be hard for Nigeria to beat teams 3 or 4 nil with the way he’s limiting Lookman
It’s not compulsory Moses Simon plays smh
Anyway Mali played badly but won against South Africa in the last Afcon so let’s just wait and see.
Wining on Tuesday automatically secures his job till end of World Cup undecided

Please how serious is Osimhen's injury?
Guys im still asking what will hapen in that group some1 pulled out.. how will CAF judge that group.? undecided
Becoz they wil feal cheated if their second best team dont make play offs.
Because if they played same number of matches they will be better position.

Can someone tell us why VAR is not use in all African qualifiers and NFF never complain ? Why is South Africa playing Lesotho home match in SA ? If Lesotho pitch is bad I thought neutral ground like Zambia or Congo stadium would have been better ....

We score via insha allah In the 3 crucial games he’s played
Osimhen’s individual brilliance in the first game
Team work goal in the second game
This 3rd match na by insha allah
No fluidity in passes
It’s a disjointed team plus the coach has chosen to limit African best because he wants his friend Moses on the pitch smh
We will struggle to score goals
I’m telling you

Its already a doctored plan from CAF president who is from SA and also rich and influencial.. but its a pity NFF didnt fight it.
For lesotho to even be in that group with SA is where the fraud started
