Their team no too good like that jare.

Benjamin Fredrick's ratings with Dender are not really good too, he has two 5. red ratings but look at him in a team that's solid at least. Because person dey play for poor team no mean say he no get him own individual good qualities.
Frederick have been used at RB at club level

if the ball went a little higher, tolu would have been a villian for kicking out a goal bound shot. Good pre-afcon prep. We move on to south africa.
Looking @ it very well, I really think those defenders would have cleared that ball if Tolu was not there to kick it in.

he is so good in the air , i think he can get better if they take advantage of his height . scrappy goal na still goal grin
Top qualities :
*He has good presence in the box for his stature. That thing is working for him.
*He would make a very good number 8 as his hold up play and precise short passing in the box is top notch as also shown against Zimbabwe.
* In him I believe we have another aerial bully just like Osimhen
*He's hood with first touches too

I wish he had two of that pace, agility and aggressiveness that makes Osimhen stand out.

All in all, let's remember these ugly truths
1) Lookman missed preseason and have not played any game this season. So his form and shape is not yet there
2) Osihmen too missed preseason. Tho he has started games for Gala, but I have not seen his beast mode in his 2 games which I have watched. So he may not be in his beast mode yet.

He's been balling even at Besiktas, his last game he had 7.8 rating.

He's calm and composed now, make he try work on him finishing tho.
Ndidi had a fine game playing as a DLP(always carrying the ball out from the back), but Frank was the one doing the dirty job in that midfield(breaking play and slowing down the tempo of the game just like he did in the AFCON).

Our defence did not do much in the first-half because of Frank's industry, but immediately he got subbed off in the second half. The opponents started seeing chances, which prompted Chelle to introduce FDB to stabilize the midfield.

Chelle learnt from our last 2 AFCON qualifiers, instead of throwing in Uche and Raph into the mix for a second goal, he chose to introduce FDB and Ekong.A move he made to hold on to the lead and not extend it.

I expect a good game against SA, but we will see what our midfield will look like.

For me Tolu & Osimhen starts in our next game.

Special shout-out to Fredrick for his composure in the heart of defence.

The future of our defence is indeed bright, with Bassey, Fredrick and possibly Vince Osuji.

Chelle know's his onions.

Go!Go!!Go!!! Super Eagles.

As it stands NOW

South Africa - 16pts
Benin- 11pts
Nigeria - 10pts
Rwanda- 8pts
Lesotho- 6pts.
Zimbabwe - 4pts

South Africa v Nigeria
Zimbabwe v Rwanda
Benin- v Lesotho
Why is everyone overlooking Benin? There is still big problem if they beat Lesotho, which is very likely. Which means we'll behaving two teams surmount in just two games remaining.

It's because we're still going to play Benin at home
Let super eagle win there next 2 game and I pray Benin win 1 and draw 1 before meeting us
I also wish Rwanda to beat Zim so that they can put pressure on SA , a Draw won't be a bad result for them

His first touch is sleek. Tall, strong and confident. Not clumsy like Sadiq or Onuachu

South Africa is sailing and scoring goals for fun.

SA - 16 points with +8 GD.
Nigeria - 10 points with +2 GD.

Remove 3 points and 3 goals and SA will still be on 13 points with +5GD.

There's no other option. We have to beat SA handsomely on Tuesday, win our remaining matches and also hope SA looses somewhere down the road.

Its an uphill task but its possible, and I choose to believe till the end.

Na Peseiro and Finidi put us for this gbege.

What formation did we play yesterday because I don't understand why Aina was used as a RWB rather than a RB?

The secondary is like the pre-assist? If it's that one, it's Bruno Onyemaechi.

Aina's wasn't counted as an assist seff be like e hit Rwandan player before Tolu smack am in.

Na 4-3-3.

Aina was an RB, Simon RW, but he was drifting to the left too much, leaving only Aina on that wing.

We're still playing Benin again if I'm not mistaken. As long as we beat them too, there should be no wahala. They're just a point above us.

It would be a war though. Arguably tougher than Nigeria v South Africa, because we're technically in the same predicament. And you know how these minnows start playing like prime Brazil whenever they see Nigeria.

FIFA is going to deduct those points from South Africa. It will happen. I'm now sure more than ever.
