Lol... funny question. Things in that shop is what over 3Million Naira. If you have deal on provision business before you will understand better.

The shop, if well utilised or managed, you will get more than the 1 million back in 2years, beside, the goods there is more than 1million

What I see in that picture alone is not worth up to ₦1m.
So ₦1m cash is preferred, unless the shop building is inclusive. Or the rent for several years has been paid upfront.

The shop location also matters. The more popular the location, the more the worth.

One million cos I’ve got a business plan.if I take this shop and decides to auction everything inside,it may not fetch me the one million. If I invest 1m in the business and happens to export it,I will be making good profits in a year.i just pray to God.

Is this really all Nigerian youths can promote on social media? These are pure illusions, wake up and smell the coffee. Nobody is handing you anything.

People don't understand that imagination and creativity run on the same mental energy. Those who devote all their time to imagination (daydreams) have no energy left to create real things.

For me I go choose 1m naira

The shop is an income generating business already. A million Naira can't establish a business of equal status at the moment.

I will pick the shop over 1 million due to the current value of the Naira that has been destroyed by the current government faulty policies!!
