What sounds silly is you giving the Bible your own idea of a timeframe when prophecy must be fulfilled. This is why i pointed you to the fact that the prophecy of the 1st coming took 4000years to be fulfilled. No plot hole anywhere except what you have assumed for yourself. Enoch lived since Genesis 5, and he was said to prophecy about the coming judgement which is still after Christ's second coming. According to the Bible for those that understand it, the prophecy of Enoch is still at least 1000 years away from today.
Jud 1:14  And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, 

It is not news but a common thing for Bible prophecies to take "long" to be fulfilled. It's long to you, but not to God, before whom 1000 years is said to be as one day. Of course, you don't want to understand these things and i understand that, but don't make a fit of yourself in the process.
The same Bible says to wait patiently for His coming. What is the need to wait patiently if He's coming in your estimation of 'quickly'? i say it again, it's your right and choice to pick that word of all the different meanings it can have. Many church people pick the same 'quickly' and it's fine. But don't come to whine and force laughs when you have no intention to reason. If you are not ready to wait and would rather insist Jesus must come 'quickly', you are free to petition the UN or Supreme Court if you please. i only showed the confusion you have.

The first coming took over 4000 years, so 2nd coming taking 2000 or more years to happen doesn't bother those who know God. These are the issues.
You conveniently paraphrase what i say, but have a big problem seeing a better paraphrase or translation that may help your understanding, so funny. i showed you OTHER passages talking about waiting patiently, i'll post again so that you are not confused/behave confused.

Cure your ignorance from thinking that a prophecy is no longer going to be fulfilled because it didn't get fulfilled in 2000 years. i'm helping you with some science here. For example, you cannot classify a volcano as extinct simply because it wasn't active in the last 100 years. You compare it with other volcanoes and its own previous history to arrive at objective conclusions. Compare prophecy with prophecy, not with your hilarity.
When you tenaciously hold on to "soon", then be prepared to accept "soon in whose eyes". Soon is relative. See you soon may be see you in 5 mins, or 5 hours or 5 years, depending on the person or situation. Your time is not the time of a cockroach for example, whose long life is between six months to one year. God's coming soon may be in 3 days time, which is your own 3000 years time. It's in the same Bible. It is exactly what Peter used to reply skeptics that asked about the coming.

No, i didn't, i wrote it to explain the meanings of the word and how they can come out. The Greek word ταχύ used in the chapter is a polysemous word. Like the word "head" is polysemous. It can mean the top part of the body or a leader of a group. Or the word "Light" can mean something that makes things visible (like your torchlight or electric bulb) or it might mean not heavy. Anyone can use context to understand better which meaning to take.
Similarly, ταχύ can be translated as quickly or as suddenly. Both translations to English are correct. Fortunately for us all , the KJV uses quickly, and i love that, i have no problem with it, neither do millions of christians. Nonetheless, my understanding is matured enough, yours doesn't want to be. Because you want to ignore all scripture to stick with a particular chapter/verse. Bible teaching and doctrine doesn't work that way. It works with witnesses to be established. Sticking with your narrowed translation brings up questions about the many other passages on the second coming that made no such claims, and on those that said it would need patience. It brings up questions on the same Jesus, stating that He did not know the time. If He did not know the time, how did He know it must be quickly?

Mat_24:36  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

So, the Greek verse can be all correctly translated as the below.

You should study the Word more, it gives endless joy. i am glad that my discussion was at least edifying even for a scoffer, that's a positive. You must have been taught but the devourer probably ate it all up. Christians die daily, or are to die daily. Christians don't stay in corpses when they die, they go to be with the Lord. The Bible term is sleep/asleep. Surely, you must have seen it before. You give me proof that that Malachi passage is very real, and not just OT.
