No there is nothing like legal word
It is a word that has a legal meaning just like the word person , property , citizen ,land etc they are NOT legal word and there is nothing like LEGAL WORD within the idea that a word has exclusive legal use

Now the president does not have any special protection from offensive words than any other person

So whether he is declared president by the Supreme Court is irrelevant

He was not declared president by the Supreme Court but by INEC
The Supreme Court affirmed the declaration

Now calling him a criminal may be a slander ...he can sue

The defence would be that the claim is true

Do this little research by yourself; check the number of people who have been killed in Ukraine since Tinubu became nigeria's president, and compare the figure to the number of people who have been killed in nigeria.
