I remember some years back I think under Gej if I'm not mistaken our athletics went to a game and kits was not available for them athletes have to sort themselves out, same during obj that our Eagle went to a match with top Jersey but no nickers and our boys started using scissors to cut their track suit trousers to use for the game and now see another disgusting nonsense happening pls what is wrong with our sport ministry?

I'm not even surprise when I don't even know the name of Minister for sport I don't even think we have minister of sport because I never heard his name before.

Our standards in this country are terribly bad. This isn't about Tinubu or his government. It's about the lackadaisical attitudes of nigerians and their non- challant attitude to standards and acceptable standards of doing things. Sadly, this behaviour has passed down to the future generations, who see such behaviours as normal and acceptable. One of the reasons why our politicians are not taking us serious regarding provision of quality services.

It is the same thing they do with NYSC kits where they give very inferior white roundnecks, oversize/undersize shoes, alongside poorly sewn overalls and shorts. Just like how they share NYSC contracts between the corrupt serving and retired Generals, I'm pretty sure that HiRacer of a company will be owned by one of the sport administrators. If Tobi knows what is good for her, she should just switch allegiance because she will be frustrated going forward just like the Ofili girl and nobody will be held accountable. They enjoy doing the wrong things but hate being exposed.
