There is this recent debate I got into with some colleagues as regards to which of these soups;Okro or Ogbono is best to take 'swallows' like fufu,pounded yam,wheat,starch,amala etc. I opted for Ogbono soup but some said Okro.
Please I hope I made a right choice?
I like Okro but not to be compared to Ogbono.
What is your take,are you an Okro or Ogbono lover?

Okro is the best. You will feel the crunchy part of it plus its more nutritional.

If you wan enjoy okro... just slice it raw and steam a little, then combine with any tomatoes or garden egg sauce.

It depends on the type of swallow. Pounded yam is great with ogbono, while amala tastes better with okro. You can also combine the two if you can't choose between both of them.

Okro any day. Ogbono needs special ingredients like stock and dry fish with good cook to make it pass my throat. But okro, even crayfish with onions go make am bam.

Very nice soup. Okro is good.
The both are good. The taste get better as the days goes by. That's if it's a homemade meal.
Uo buy from restaurant, after 24hours if you like put am inside the best freezer. The taste go change to something bad.

For a fact, both are good. But I prefer okro over ogbono soup. It's less expensive and very easy to prepare unlike ogbono. And, it can go well for any kind of swallow of ur choice.
It all boils down to preference and choice of taste

Both of them mix together, na that one make sense pass, try am see..

Just combine. I don't like and can't cook okra without ogbono. So if you ask. Among the two, ogobono is the best among them and a favorite.
