Cc Chrisooblog I forgot to add that Okon's interview was beautiful. I dont know if you saw it right after his heats win. They told him he had big names in his heat and he still won, wasnt he fazed? Okon answered, "I'm not scared of anyone. I have two legs, they also have two legs..." Naija Energy! Lol

charlesemeka85:Left sided 10. Uche balled today. Won a penalty but English refs are blind, won all his duels (or got fouled), created 3 solid chances, carried the ball well and changed the momentum of the game once he came on. If he came on in the 60th minute they would probably have won. |

Replaced Pino who played behind Mateta, majorly from the Right and central half spaces in the attacking third. Uche was found on the left and central half spaces in the 10mins he featured (6mins + 4mins added time) as an AM. charlesemeka85: |

3 options... 1. Put Benjamin Frederick there at RB for now (he has excelled there at Dender). Ogbu can come take up that CB role vacated by this change. Or ofcos... Skipper Ekong continues as CB. 2. I will bring in that new Slavia kid. Keeping Frederick at CB 3. Switch to a back 3 and play Osayi as RWB with specific instructions to the CDM and the RCB to cover for Osayi's frailties. elyte89: |

2023 Flying Eagles star, Emmanuel Umeh plays 88mins for FC Zurich as they beat Servette 2-1 in the Swiss Super League. Philip Azango scores for Spartak Trnava as they beat Skalica 4-0 in the Slovakian Nike Liga to stay top. Abdulrahman Taiwo also got on the scoresheet for Spartak Trnava. |

TheSuperNerd:the player in slavia is too old, the defense needs fast defenders that are under 26 years old.. a transition to younger players must start as soon as possible or the SE is deceiving themselves. |

TheSuperNerd:It's either Awaziem plays at RB and Benjamin plays CB or Ogbu comes in to partner Bassey with Ben at RB. Ekong should get a seatbelt henceforth please. Let him take over from Musa. |

Simply just name dropped him because I know Chelle still sees him as an option but left entirely to me, he wont even come off the bench to see off games anymore. I wont take that chance as coach. A lot can happen even in the 5mins I dare put him on for. elyte89: |

Emmanuel Ayaosi, CAM plays 90mins for MFK Karvina vs Slavia Prague in the Czech Chance Liga. His side fell 3-1. David Moses, CM played 12mins + 5mins added time for Slavia Prague off the bench. No Igoh Ogbu in matchday squad. Lucky Ezeh, FW played 18mins + 5mins added time for Karvina. |

Mujtahida:Sincerely he needs to grow some balls and drop him or else ,it won’t be funny …d last 5matches for Simon in gwg has been so underwhelming, very poor |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Mujtahida: 9:11pm On Sep 13, 2025 |
QueenJazz:It's obvious that he's favoring Simon. Look at how our goal came from a cross by Dele Bashiru. All game Simon tried beating his marker but he couldn't. I'm old school. The right wingers of the past were not dribblers but excellent ball crossers. Simon is not a good dribbler. Even me, I can mark that guy. |

zuchyblink:Na so them talk about Chrisantus. I never feel the guy oo. See ehn I have this theory. A good player makes instant impact. I don't believe in players growing into the team oo. That's why I don't fancy all them Boniface, Dessers, Onuachu, Sadiq who have played a couple of games without any impact |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Mujtahida: 9:37pm On Sep 13, 2025 |
QueenJazz:The truth is that as a fan your level of hope is determined by the body language of the players. Do these players still believe that we can qualify? I keenly followed Super Falcons in their quest for mission X. Even when they were trailing 2-0, I sat down because I could see that they themselves had the deep conviction that they could win. In our last match, only Bassey played with that kind of spirit. There's a difference between playing well and not giving up. |
