Some alts are slowly breaking their previous highs but it’s not yet parabolic. We will get to that phase pretty soon. Something is cooking. I’d probably place myself on an Off to focus on analysis and positioning.

BNB broke its previous high slightly like Etherum did. I think some exchange coin are following same path too.

You could buy the gas fee from an exchange and send to your Blockchain. How did you enter Blockchain when you dont know about gas fees and chains. Someone sent it to you? Are you sure this Blockchain is not scammers 'blockchain'? If so, you don enter hot pot.
