Can someone explain to us in a simple language the impact of this rate cut to cryptocurrency especially this year bullrun
Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 8:36am On Sep 18, 2025
The 1-Month Bollinger Band Strategy

Go to your exchange and switch to the 1-month time frame. Focus only on coins in the top 10, top 20, or top 30 — or at least those that have survived one or two bull markets and are still in the top 50 by market cap.

Once you identify these coins, apply the Bollinger Band indicator. Now, here’s where the strategy begins to shine.

The 4-Year Cycle Connection

During the 4-year Bitcoin cycle, especially in the buy year, watch closely for any coin that touches the bottom of the 1-month Bollinger Band. That’s your entry.

Best periods are November, December, January — the prime buying season in crypto history. Even in a relax year or an early sell year, this signal remains powerful.

Execution Rules

When a coin touches the lower monthly Bollinger Band, buy aggressively. If conditions align, go all-in — history shows it rarely fails. The returns multiply several times over.

If you trade leverage, this is the exact moment to deploy high leverage, but only if you’re already skilled and disciplined. Mismanagement here will destroy your account.

Take a look at some of the top coins that have experienced at least 1-2 cycles and when to buy. From BTC to XRP.

Extra, then...

Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 8:45am On Sep 18, 2025
If you look at the AVAX image below, you'll see an opportunity there. It's a coin that has experienced at least 1 cycle and it almost touched the lower BB in 1 month TF at $14 this year. That was a great opportunity to monitor it at about $9, but sadly, it didn't go that low to touch the band just like Solana.

The reason I'm sharing this strategy is because you'll need it next cycle. The reason I like it is because it only works on old coins that have liquidity and have been tested and trusted.

This means you'll hardly lose your money like Luna, which was a new coin then. Also, make sure the project team of the old coin you're buying are working to improve it, not an abandoned project that'll soon be delisted.

Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 9:02am On Sep 18, 2025
Now, for the lucky ones, there is a way you can search for coins that qualified for this kind of trade on Tradingview. I'll share it in the TG group if I don't forget. Also, reverse of this method is used to identify OG coins to short after the cycle has topped.

I know newbies love meme and new coins, but if you master how to trade old and trusted coins, you'll make more money or at least, you'll have peace of mind while making some money.

When people becomes so pessimistic, just know that the time is near .
Couples of months ago , they ruled out any possiblity of Eth moving up , Lo and behold , the price surged to $4900 and no one said a word .Now they are back to put fear in u to sell at loss .No mind them .
DCA and wait it out ,the time of harvest is almost here.

All that has been used to pump this market in the past has failed to pump it this time. Can we say it is all over for altcoins? 🤔

Why Rate Cuts Boost Crypto

1. Lower borrowing costs: Cheaper money flows into risk assets like crypto, increasing demand.

2. Weakens USD: Makes Bitcoin/altcoins more attractive as hedges.

Meanwhile, history has it that, Post-Fed cuts, BTC averages ~80% gains in 3-6 months (for instance, the 2023 cut sparked 150% rally).

As of now due to the recent rate cut of Sept 17th, the 25bps cut fueled ETF inflows of over $1B, pushing BTC to $118K, while targeting $140K+ thereabout.

Plus, I'm certain your portfolio is reflecting some of the impact already. The good news is that, market traders are now pricing in two to three more cuts for the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, based on Powell's dovish tone. Because, the Fed Chair's tone even has more impact than the rate cut itself.
👈🏽I can explain that if you don't get it, sir
Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 10:27am On Sep 18, 2025
"Remember, one day, someone will appreciate your stubbornness that everyone used to despise — by then, it'll be called conviction, dedication and commitment. They'll use it as motivation, hence, don't quit." Joe Clef

Davido's father used to despise his son David going into music, but today, David is the reason we know the Adeleke's family and his influence helped his uncle become a governor.

iShowSpeed's mom used to despise his son streaming, but today, she's so happy.

There is a certain Crypto billionaire that started in 2012 and the family hated his dedication at mining and always preaching about crypto, but today, they're proud of him.

So, have some conviction at what you do and just do it even if people despise it.

If a coach makes a mistake in substitution and his team wins, every analyst will say he's visionary, but if that same substitution led to them losing, they'll say he's a terrible tactician and should be sacked.

Summary: Just stubbornly succeed at whatever you do and watch everyone use you as a point of motivation and an example to the coming generation on the power of focus and determination.

Na who give up f up.
