Ivãn Jurić Atãlanta coach🗣️------Its obvìous Atalãnta can't dêny Adēmolå Løøkmåns exceptional contributions to the team, we suffêred a defêat today and tomorrow isn't guaranteed.. cause a player like Adēmolå Løøkmån wasn't there.. The pãst Coãch Gaspêrin hãs spoìled a lot of thìngs in the team, the team spirit is dêad, fightìng with Adēmolå Løøkmån was an irrêdeemable damãge to Atalanta,. the players wants Løøkmån at all cost but Løøkmån doesn't want to stay at longer and mãde it clear Gaspêrin didn't only insülted him on media but has mãny times addrêsses him as blãck mōnkey in the presence of the whole players which made the other player Left the team. Mōre players wants to make usê of the door if Løøkmån finãlly lêaves, the Bond they enjoyed has been brōken and without têam work it's impossible for any team to achieve.. realpoacher:I said this here before the Match against SA. Yet I see you all salivating about the potential 3 points deductions from SA. But you all have refused to see that our SE will still lose our of Qualification whether those 3 points are deducted or not. 1. Our players can't trap balls 2. They can't run 3. No creativity from the middle, no ball carriers in the team, no purposeful intent from the middle. 4. The players don't believe in themselves {except Osimehn and more recently Bassey} to be winners, warriors or Super Eagles of Old. 5. Moses will play rubbish 9 times out of 10 6. Iwobi will pass sideways all day The way Bassey {a defender} charged at the ball from defense to Attack before scoring that Equalizer. If 60% of our boys put the same energy, effort and passion like Osimehn do and as Bassey did against SA, we will currently be topping our group by a wide Margin. We knew the situation we were in before the last two games yet we could only muster a measly 1-0 win at home to Rwanda and 1-1 draw with SA. If we were a serious side, we should have beaten Rwanda 3-0 here and beat SA 0-2 with all their politics away to send a strong signal that we mean business now after our initial faulty start. Aiyegbeni is right, so long as we lack creativity and ball carriers in the middle, we will suffer to score goals. The midfield is the engine room of a team, we can't over-emphasize this point. The fulcrum of any team is your midfield, it links your defense to Attack. Let's ask ourselves pertinent questions: How many chances has Ndidi, frank Onyenka, iwobi and all others that have played in that midfield for the last 5 years have created altogether?... Someone please tell me How many? Heck, how many goals have our midfielders scored for us within the same number of years? They can't score, yet they can't even create chances, and you said we as fans should be hopeful? ... Hopeful for what exactly? How many of our midfielders can score the goal Cole Palmer scored yesterday against Bayern?.... The answer is NONE!!!! The only person we can play in that midfield right now that will give us a little spark of creativity is Chukwueze. I say give Chukwueze the number 10 jersey now, and watch Magic. I say give it to him now,No delay Throw in Uche besides him and see our midfield come alive. Uche can be subbed for Iwobi and vice versa. Moses Simon should sit his ass out on the bench until we need a Winger cum defender to seal a lead. We have no business playing a double 4 against African minnows, these are teams we should be using for stat padding. Send a team Psychologist that knows his onions to the team to wake their mentality from slumber. See how Senegal beat Congo DR, that's how you know a big boi when you see one. Let's tell ourselves the truth and shame the devil for once. Enough of all this window dressing we are doing. |

We keep benching Raphael Onyedika in the Super Eagles when his passing and composure on the ball is one of the keys to setting up the Creativity blocks of our middle game. Raphael Onyedika, Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, Christantus Uche... these lads hold the keys. Then throw in an experienced Iwobi operating as he does at Fulham. But naah... we keep limiting ourselves. |

TheSuperNerd:This is why I want chele to stay. Chelle seems open to new ideas. See how he played chukwueze as a no 10 and already he is bringing chrisantus uche into the team. He will be open to inviting akinsamiro and using onyedika. He is not stuck with a set of players. |

Pls I need clarity on this How many points will be deducted from SA, since there currently on 17pts -3 = 14pts -6 = 11pts Is this correct ? -3 for fielding illegible player, and another -3 that they initially won Lesotho everything is equal to -6pts nà Is the above correct? |

Alfryd:I don't think so, I think it will be 3 for fielding an illegible player. And for winning Lesotho, the winning 3 points will be cancelled for SA and handed to Lesotho |

mank1234:It's the confidence for me sha, lol. Like I understand that anything is possible in football. But omo I'm not holding my breath to expect Bafana to lose or even draw to this freaking Zimbabwe squad, even with the matter on ground. Rwanda is the only team I can rely on because they've done the job before and conquered Bafana. And even then, I don't really know. Omo, I don too give myself hope for this WCQ. Month after month after month. We keep finding hope and losing it almost immediately. I also hope we're not writing off Benin. Infact, with the current situation, those boys will be out looking for blood when they come visiting in October. I just hope Chelle is prepared. |

Philosopher1979:And he keeps playing Moses Simon For me Lookman Osimhen Iwobi should be our front 3 Uche Onyeka Onyedika should be our starting midfielders |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by QueenJazz(f): 7:34pm On Sep 18, 2025 |
realpoacher:You see that Moses Simon ehn, that's the one that annoys me the most. The dude is so predictable whenever he runs down that left wing, he's always going to do a cheap leg over, cut, and make crossing attempts that are only successful about 30% of the time. If he doesn't do that, he'll just turn round and pass back to the defense. I can count the number of times I've seen him win a duel with an opposing defender in our games. There's one I remember he won in the last AFCON against Angola. But they're few and far between. I think the reason he's considered useful is for his set pieces. Anything beyond that, I have ZERO confidence in him. |

QueenJazz:If the point is deducted, any of the 4 teams can qualify, possibility. The odds is in this order: RSA>Benin>Nigeria>Rwanda. So we should not bother ourselves with what other teams play. We should focus in ours and hope it happens. We have been in this situation before: if I'm right 2002, 2006 and 2010. In one we won away from home against Kenya while the other team lost or drew at home and we overtook them. In the other, we needed to win at home but drew Angola in the last match. Anything can happen. It's not over but it's not in our hands now |
