As I posted earlier Obama changed the law to allow foreign psyops operations long perfected by CiA, USAID, NED etc to be used on Americans. The methods they have used to topple governments like in Ukraine, Iran , Guatemala, Chile etc were free to be used on Americans. They still use psyops in invasions like Panama and Iraq.
