Yes, many will say they go to church to worship God & not man. But most worshippers tend to develop a likeness & attachment to whoever the pastor is, unless of course the past is incompetent. In any case, whatever the reasons may be, 5 different pastors in year is not acceptable. 25 Likes 1 Share |

The Church leadership might know something the worshippers do not know. Is it the Pastors that are not comfortable in the Parish? Or the Parish is a flourishing one that attracts lobbying for postings? Most important thing is to focus on the purpose of the Church in saving lives and protecting the members. 9 Likes 1 Share |

The office is the problem! In true Christianity a Pastor means one of those qualified to shepherd the flock of God and not a title that should be attached to anyone's name. So in each church there should be at least 5-10 qualified shepherds so that if one moves to a new territory brothers and sisters in the congregation won't feel it so much. But in this case the title is given to men who knows how to milk members of the congregation making them contribute money like never before so if the person doesn't meet up with this need he will be removed and replaced! 1 Like |

RCCG will remove a Pastor in any fast growing Church from any other tribe that's not from a Particular tribe and put their own tribe. This is ongoing for decades. In Uk 🇬🇧 and other western countries, Pastors in those churches must be from their tribe. Even living faith, Deeper Life also does that. Go and verify. Advice: Attend churches owned by your tribe men and build it. This Particular tribe think they own Jesus Christ in Pentecostal churches in Nigeria. We all remember how Adeboye and Bakare lead that protest against Jonathan but now instead of them protesting they told Nigerians to go and pray. 30 Likes |

7upnigeria:Hmmmmmmm, i'm not the founder of Christianity so i can't be the leader of the church of Christ but when talking about leadership in true Christianity Jesus handed it over to faithful men whose cravings is not worldly material things and they successfully led God's flock in the first century producing what Jesus foretold they will produce if they does things according to his instructions. Today there is also a global organization of true Christians practicing Christianity exactly the same way first century disciples of Christ did and there is no country on this planet where they aren't doing the work Jesus assigned to them! 2 Likes |

I'm a redeem member, I can categorically tell u that redeem has been high jack by church politics. Come to my parish in festac, the pastor have spent decades but they don't want to transfer him. Redeem church has lost her Glory na only eye service remain now. 7 Likes |
