He was not a mediocre governor but built a solid ground for infrastructure development for all his political sons.
Those guys that built it all graduated from his political academy because if they had failed you would have called out Tinubu and label him all kinds of unprintable names. Just as you are all castigating him for helping former president Buhari who didn't have that cognitive brilliancy and political maturity to initiate bold economic reform being it in capital markets, oil and gas sector, Bank and insurance. Tinubu is doing what Buhari could not do, leaving a template for others after him

I hope they have fire suppression system for this, not that it will just burn down like the other building.

Calm down. The metros you use in those countries have been in place for decades. This Lagos metro is barely 2 years since its launch. Why not wait and compare after a decade.

Yes he built it through his political works such as Ambode and the present governor. When Ambode was behaving erratically, he removed his support and anointed the present governor. What happened to Ambode? He could not make it beyond primary election.
Any governor today in Lagos state will come through Tinubu political academy.

Thank you very much for lecturing our brothers who think traveling abroad (w/c they recently turned into a thing) is actually getting to the gates of heaven. And I say this with utmost sincerity, our people must learn to respect and dignify our tiny strides or else no one will. Better still, you can't sell your relatives cheap to outsiders and expect them to not try same with you. I keep telling them this very same thing, but they're not as wise as we think.
