The Tweeter wrote that he coerced/raped the housemaid, which in itself is a very serious accusation and must be backed by evidence. Failure to provide evidence is deemed as defamation and that is a crime. He has a case because since she stated, by her own words that he is a rapist, the onus lies on her to provide proof to back this accusation. Paul is allowed to seek damages if she can't provide the evidence.

I don't think you understand the gravity of this case. All odds are against Paul if he decides to pursue. As long as he didn't deny it then and there's proof she got pregnant! Which is one of the reasons he's then wife divorced him. Somethings are best left alone!
