it's not all the time 'hard evidence ' is required in a court of law. That's why you have a Judge

The only thing that would save this girl is that Paul will just feel that it is too stressful to go to court, so he will just threaten to take her to court which shook the girl so much that she has deactivated her x(Twitter account) but if Paul actually decides to do strong head and go to court just forget it the girl is a goner. She would learn that everyone can be stealing everyday and nobody will catch them but it is the day you steal that people will catch you.
Many people make false accusations on social media for cruise and escape but she made a false accusation and she might be dealt with if Paul decides to deal with her
How I know it is a false accusation is that she deleted her x(Twitter) account if she had evidence and was sure of her accusation she would not delete her account.
