Nteogwuija:What exactly could the doctors not explain? The same doctors understood and explained all the results produced by the same machines used to test all the accident victims. Your logic would have made sense if the machine is inconsistent or unstable in examining the bodies of the accident victims. And if the machines malfunction, the case of that particular accident victim wouldn't have been the only case that would shock the doctors. |

Having an offspring. Someone gave birth to you and you later gave birth to another person, the feeling is heavenly. Whenever I travel home and I stare at my baby photo on the wall so many things run through my mind. |

immortalcrown:I also said it could be a rare case. Maybe the first time they're experiencing that rare case. Besides you don't know the success rate / % of the machines and the doctors' methods. Let's assume the success rate of the machine and the doctor's analysis/diagnosis is 99.9%. There's still a 0.01% failure chance. It's rare but not entirely impossible to occur. That 0.01% can be explained maybe not by them, but someone else. |

Nteogwuija:It was a rare case? It was the first time? But other people who later had similar accidents, sustained similar injuries, were rushed to the same hospital and got examined by the same doctors either died or got paralysed. Let me just paint a picture that describes your mentality. Imagine a situation whereby a power generator goes off and light goes off each time the generator runs out of diesel. But on a particular occasion when power generated by the same generator is being used for a surgery, the generator ran out of diesel but continued to generate power. If engineers describe it as a miracle, your type will be arguing saying that it is not a miracle but there is probably something that engineers do not know about the power generator. Your type will call it first time or rare case instead of admitting that it is a miracle. |

AngelicBeing:/ The first time it may seem like a miracle to the feebleminded. But given the formula, anyone can repeat the feat. That's what separates science from fiction. If you have migraine and take Advil, there is at least 90% chance that the pain disappears everytime. Can you show anything miraculous that's repeatable and verifiable? For some reasons, miracles and healings only happen to the unknown which explains why the head of Catholic church routinely goes to hospitals for medical checkups and surgeries. Most of the mysteries we knew have been debunked. People are working day and night to unravel the rest. But Africans want to pray everything away and wonder why they are at the bottom in all indices of life. Religion is like a pyramid scheme. The bottom feeders are throwing in money while the leaders are living in luxury, while using prosperity and life of bliss after death to entice more members. Don't forget your wallet. / |

leocollins:That's not a miracle. Such could happen to someone else. Even if the guy brought that phone to your house and waited 10hrs till u returned b4 he handed u the phone, it's still not a miracle. It's possible the person had a second thought and felt like keeping the phone wasn't worth it anymore. Also, do you think if there was no CCTV camera that showed u who stole the phone that you'd have recognized him while you were at the junction? What you should be thankful for is that they had a CCTV where the phone was stolen, and not some candles u burnt. Let me give u my own experience. So I was walking one day on the roadside in front of a market, busy place. Some boys then walked up to me and asked me to hand them my phone, which I did peacefully cuz I felt it wasn't worth fighting with them. A few seconds later, someone who looked like their criminal boss came and asked them to return the phone to me, which they also did without objecting. And I just left peacefully. If I were religious, I'd have called that a miracle. But I just felt like the boss was wise enough to not want to draw unnecessary attention to themselves, since it was still daylight and some persons might be watching. BTW, Nigeria matter never tire you reach when you go burn candle? |

Chance and time could be similar but you can never equate them with miracle. Miracle is a happening that devoid logic. You can't even prove by what means it happens. A blind man that suddenly got his sight after prayer, is that healing, miracle, time or chance? Miracle dey, if it hasn't happened to you, you won't believe ChybuzzDD: |
