Just be consistent with your drugs and continue to participate actively in your support group. You'll be fine. I hope for a fast remedy to recover those in this state of health.

Please get in touch with me so that I can take you to Baba Adeboye for prayers. Many have testified as a result of Baba Adeboye's prayers at the camp. His handkerchief alone grew the amputated breast of a woman that had breast cancer.

Before you scroll past, ask yourself: what does it mean to live with HIV in Nigeria at 20? Not just survive but thrive, build a tech career, and fight for your reputation.

✅I’ve lived through the fear, the stigma, and the silence.

✅I’ve skipped meds and nearly died.

✅I’ve built tech skills and found love. But many AYPLHIV don’t get that chance.

✅We don’t want pity.

✅We want access, support, and respect. That's exactly what we are providing at Retroviral Solutions (RVS)

I didn’t choose this path, but I chose how I walk it. If this story made you pause, share it. Let’s change the narrative.

Scary ke. If you want to know when it was scary, go back to the late 1990's when drugs were not avaialble for free in this country, and when people who caught the thing were given less than a year to live.

Nowadays, we got better regimens. Including one medication that back in the 90's was on the drawing board, now it is avaialble as part of a combination for free.
I no fit forget those days boss.

The scary part was, watching those people go from having flesh to this scary looking bones, then the count down to their death.

Omoorrrr HIV/AIDs now no be big deal na. Thanks to those who spent sleepless nights making research till they got a breakthrough

Wow!!! You've done really great keeping your chin up despite your status.

See, there's nothing to be scared or afraid of ...

I had a sister friend in church ... She got it via rape (armed robbers) ... Tried to kill herself, she was rescued, councelled and today? She's married with kids ...

The day we got to know, i was shocked to my bones cos we had lived under same roof, ate together, etc ... She was told to come and educate us about HIV matter ... after the speech, I went to hug her ... Cos the courage to still live ...

She didn't choose that path na, neither did u...

So, don't feel bad ... keep doing the best you can and i can assure u, you'll be fine ...

I believe with time, there's gonna be a solution but till then, keep using your ARV, okhuh

This Retroviral Solution moniker is so blatantly hawking it’s disgusting. Add to that using AI generated write up. Block for three weeks repeatedly.

There are a lot of chronic diseases worse perhaps, and without subsidy. Nobody talks about them. Not even long covid.

Very tiring. Once you see the theme in the topic, don't bother opening.

It's like the time there was this Cyriacus Something- Something guy who would deliver some of the most outrageous news in Nigeria. Ishilove should remember him. That man made the news at AI proportions. Ghastly.

However, these threads with these colorful bullet points are losing attention because they are crafted. And obviously so.

Compared to what these people churn out everyday, Cyracuse was a Pulitzer prize grade journalist. At least he had originality. 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

Lmao. You remember him.

Wish he would come back and write again. His was an art—a lost one nowadays. cheesy grin grin

I never knew of a place called Igando, but while reading his stories my imagination went wild and, sad to say, embarrassing even, i wanted more salacious and outrageous tales of Igando. That man, a legend who disappeared like the avatar.

Igando, Ijegun and Ikotun grin

When journalists disappear like that, it means they have relocated to another country because journalists often change media houses so readers will still come across their names once in a while. As we no see Cyracuse attached to any media house, it means sey oga don japa.
