Many phones sold in Nigeria are faulty refurbished phones, sold as brand new. So what do you expect?

Many mobiles phones here comes with fake parts.

No new, or original screen, screen has been replaced and not done properly.

Seriously it's so annoying. My little nephew's A16 5G screen got cracked. They are charging 175k for a new screen plus labour when the brand new phone is about 260k

Otilo. Samsung phones are not known for durability. Only fanciful pieces of trash. Once the screen goes the phone goes because the screen costs as much as the phone.

E better make him toss the phone. Samsung screen is just like buying a new phone. It's not worth it and the new screen may not even function well. I abandoned my galaxy not 5 then because of this issue.

If ure using Samsung, disable fast charging, use normal charger and don't play heavy games.

No be so I talk oo, putting inside freezer can make it worse as moisture will settle in the phone. The best bet is to put a fan close to it when doing major updates or use a colling pad. Those phones are high end phones
