NFF should push for Golden Eaglets to be at the next U17 AFCON after winning the 3rd place game. Why should east africa get 3 slots and west africa B that produces all the U17 world champions only have 2 Last edition it was east africa that got 3 slots and that was what pushed Nigeria out. Also East Africa were so poor last time around. None of their teams qualified for the knockout round. This is were the NFF needs to come in and lobby CAF to increase the # of slots for west africa B but unfortunately we have buffoons running Nigeria football

Egypt vs Chile U20 game was fun all the way. Enjoyed every minute. Egypt brought their die hard "never give up" and "time wasting" tactics. 😂

But the highlight of the game was the last major moment of the game. Egypt gets a FK on the left halfspace side just at the edge of box. #10 Abdallah line up to take it but their #15 argued that Abdallah is left footed and wont score from that angle so he (#15) should be the one to take it.
Other Egypt players wanted Abdallah to take it as he seems their main FK taker (he hit the crossbar with an earlier effort in the first half but from a favorable angle for his left foot) BUT THE COACH ORDERED ABDALLAH TO STAND DOWN AND ALLOW THE right footed #15 take it.

Everyone held their breath. The #15 curled it beautifully into the back of the net. SCENES MY PEOPLE! SCENES!!! LOL

That is how Egypt beat host, Chile 2-1 and wait to see their chances of qualification as one of the 3rd best placed teams.

Mexico 1-0 Morocco (16 y/o Gilberto Mora with the winner. Kid plays like Iniesta/Pedri. On 3 goals, 1 assist now. One of my fav players at this U20 WC).

Spain 1-0 Brazil (Brazil missed loads of sitters. Unlucky generation).

Brazil crashes out with one point from the group of death.
Morocco goes through as Grp leaders with 6pts
Mexico 2nd with 5pts.
Spain finishes 3rd with 4pts and assured of a round of 16 place.



Group D

Argentina 1-0 Italy

Australia 3-1 Cuba


Argentina advances with a perfect 9pts like Japan in Grp A.
Italy finishes 2nd on 4pts.
Australia 3rd with 3pts and -2 GD so they wait too to see their chances.

Egypt and Australia are currently bottom of the 3rd placed teams table as both sides are on -2 GD and 3pts.

South Korea tops on 4pts and has qualified.
Spain is next on 4pts too.

South Africa is 3rd on 3pts and +4 GD and play USA in their last grp E game.

Nigeria'a Flying Eagles is sitting in 4th/last qualification spot with 3pts and 0 GD and take on Colombia in final Grp F game.

Secondly, Chelle is one coach who learns from his mistakes, and i haven't see him make same mistakes. Ekong as case study, so lets not all worry about 4 midfielders issues. Chelle is not dumb.
