One of the drivers, Marimar Martinez, was equipped with a semi-automatic firearm and has been known to doxx federal agents in the past.She sustained injuries from return fire by CBP agents, was subsequently discharged from the hospital, and is currently in FBI custody.

Another participant in the assault, Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, has been apprehended.

The situation intensified as more domestic terrorists showed up, launching smoke, gas, rocks, and bottles at DHS law enforcement.

A further individual was taken into custody for physically attacking CBP agents.

The ICE called the local police for assistance.
The 9th District’s Captain (beat 999) did exactly what any good supervisor should do, he ordered cars to respond, check for injuries, document the crash, and render aid.

Moments later, about a block away, an ICE agent called out that they were being surrounded and boxed in by a mob, a clear “officers need assistance” situation. Again, the 9th District Captain ordered units to respond.

But before they could arrive, that same Captain came back over the radio and said that per the Chief of Patrol, officers were to stand down and not respond to assist the ICE agents.

Trump was even touting how dare a judge he appointed, give such kind of ruling against his plans.. such irrationality and crass statement by the president of a democratic country. UNHINGED!!!.

What's concerning is how Democraps have succeeded in perversely entrenching themselves and cronies in every areas and aspects of the US government in Washington DC. The founder's mistake was expecting/hoping for an Educated population, quasi moral leaders, and a Congress that would protect its powers.
The lack of those things ushered in Trump.
There is so much mealy-mouthed inconsistency from Conservatives who preached a big game about things like States Rights.

Look at what Trump is doing with the National Guard.
The founders were distrustful of a standing federal army, that was the sole intent of the 2nd amendment. They wanted the states to have the means to push back if the Federal Govt ever tried to encroach on their sovereignty.
But the 2nd Amendment warriors are the ones now cheering Federal Intervention in states.

And these southern states who said their sole purpose of fighting the Civil War was to protect "state's rights" are now asking Trump to send the National Guard into their states.
At least we fully put to bed the idea that the Civil War wasn't about Slavery.
