Awon oniranu.. The last time I made a distress call to the police was four years ago when we nabbed some traffickers in my area. The DPO said I should bring them to the station. At 1am? Who does that? He was acting so nonchalantly that I just had to end the call. I later called Amotekun and they responded within 30 minutes.
