His long running battle with Justice Binta Nyako and other judges, two judges had recused themselves over his case because he was protesting against them. Going back and forth to challenge the jurisdiction of the court, suing for damages, seeking medical treatment abroad at the time he was supposed to open his defense. All these delays will not help him at all. He knows he is guilty of terrorism and he will be sentenced to jail at the end of the trial.
