In the intercontinental playoff
Which teams could African delegate face
Make we no go face strong team like Italy, Holland, Sweden, Chile, Colombia, Australia o

Oh Bolivia & New Caledonia are already in the play off waiting for their opponents(4 more slots) - 1 Asia, 2 from North America and Carribean, 1 Africa,
That play off na very long journey angry grin
Let’s pray for Rwanda to help us mend South Africa grin

With which creativity are we gonna get 4
Chelle set the team up in a way that’s difficult to even score 1
He was even employed to help us get the win against South Africa, he didn’t cheesy
If West African teams like Mali play SA @ AFCON this year again, I believe all the Tier 1 West African teams will beat them, no bragging
Ivory Coast, Ghana, Senegal, Mali
Maybe Nigerias football standard is dropping because of poor management
....we lack creativity for real...i am just having fun with the predictions....i am not doing any calculus o..if they like, they should win, if they like, they should lose...

Don't know why people are banking on Zimbabwe to beat or draw SA, their brothers..
Same Zimbabwe that allowed us score plenty goals against them in 2010 qualifier which Angola still qualify ahead of us

It’s delulu
Moving forward NFF needs a new ten year plan
Have or grow a solid youth or home based team that can replace the foreign based players anytime
See what Appiah is doing with Sudan
Look how they embarrassed Nigeria by winning with a huge margin 4 goals
War torn Sudan o
Else we may not qualify for 2030 World Cup
Teams could be increased to 64 in that edition
FIFA marking 100th year tournament edition

I remember sometime ago on supersport Monday night football, seyi olofinjana speaking, said
"the super eagles currently does not have a footballing identity whether we win draw or lose. We don't have an identity which is worrisome".

They are banking on Osimhen & a few players grit
He should run like a mad man to force errors which will lead to a goal lol
We are in trouble tbh
Osimhen that’s partially injured
I saw straps all over his legs in a new video
We can no longer win games because of names
Teams like SA, Benin, Saudi lol no longer really fear Nigeria if they do their homework properly
I really thought Chelle would’ve finetuned the squad into a scoring machine by now
I thought we’d be putting small teams away without conceding
I won’t be surprised if we struggle against Tanzania in December

Kudos to u guyz on this thread, you guys are doing your every bit ro make sure Nigeria somehow qualifies for the world cup.

The kind of informed comments on this thread is so invaluable imagine the dynamics of determining the second placed teams that has been discussed so extensively on this thread for more than 6 months is just making it into mainstream social media?

The way Facebook and X just picked up the story from yesterday as If it's something new was kind of amusing

Would u believe a lot of south Africans just found out? And they are also using the info to make their own permutations too.

The info that led to South Africa's points deduction also came from this thread.

U guyz on here are the real MVPs of this qualifiers.

No doubts, if this thread was in existence, Nigeria wouldn't have carelessly lost that AFCON spot when we needlessly lost to Guinea in Abuja.

From Concacaf (Elsavador and Curacao have qualified)
From Conmebol (Bolivia qualified)
From Asia (any one of Qatar,Iraq,Indonesia or UAE)
From OFC(New caledonia qualified)
No slot for UEFA in play off

so the winner of African play off will face those team

players like moses Simon should be starting from the bench. He cannot peak more than what he is offering now in the team. Chelle should also not play key players out of position, not like majority of us had high hopes on him when he took up the job anyways.

Make una calm down dey give lenient and understandable pat on the back to Eric Chelle ….ahaaan na wa oo, a coach that took over in February abi na March….SA coach has been there since 2023 ooo…i still wanna ask which coach can come in and automatically save Nigeria…first game was against Rwanda he delivered, his second game was against a stubborn Zim side we were almost beating if not for Ekong and his minions at the defense….
The best coach in the world will still have given us those result we saw in the last 4 world cup qualifiers led by Chelle…

I remember when Portugal gave Nigeria 4 goals to nil
I was like the last time I watched that type of beating was against Spain at confed cup in 2013
Before that was Denmark in 1998

What was the Unity cup & Russia games for ?
He shouldn’t have bothered winning if you ask me, but fine tuning properly
They called Ahmed Musa to waste time lol
When they’d have used it as proper trial for young & hungry players ready to take over. Like Benjamin Franklin
NFF na jokers I swear
I think he should go if he doesn’t get 6 points this week
That’s the bare minimum because I know we could struggle to score lots of goals

Top teams will faced bottom rank teams and their will be two final teams facing off in the final…the intercontinental play off will produce a winner form Either Africa,Asia or South america

Reading the posts of people on here. Guys we moving too fast for our shadows. Let’s focus on a game at a time before making these permutations and possibilities. Already looking ahead to the playoffs even before the game even starts . That Nigerian ignorant arrogance . What if they don’t even beat Lesotho today wetin una go do ??

Honestly I don’t have a lot of confidence and trust in the team. I hope for a victory even if it’s 1-0 in favor of Nigeria. May they no go draw or score own goal again. Hahaha

can you really trust this set of players to score 2 or more goals without conceding. I take 1-0 victory over a draw or worse case scenario a loss.
We know that already. I'm not talking about trusting them I'm talking about what we need to boost our probability of qualification. Goal difference might come into the play.
